resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                         
RESOLUTION NO. 7(RES) Supporting reinstatement of the United                                        
States Department of the Interior directive exempting the United                                    
States Bureau of Land Management in Alaska from the mandatory                                       
wilderness review process, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with
